Allegra is a warm and empathic clinician who works with children, adolescents, and adults. With experience in both private practice and school settings, Allegra understands the unique needs and challenges that arise across different life stages and environments.

Her areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, and neurodiversity. Allegra tailors each intervention to the individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches that align with their personal circumstances, goals, and strengths.

Allegra holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. As a Clinical Psychology Registrar, she is currently working towards an area of practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
