Medicare

Out of Pocket: $124.75

after $145.25 Medicare rebate

50 minute session

You may qualify for a Medicare rebate if you have a valid referral from a GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist. This rebate applies to up to 10 sessions annually under the Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

To qualify for Medicare rebates under an MHCP, consult your GP for a referral. Ensure you provide a copy of the referral for our records. Your GP will determine if you meet the eligibility for this plan.

If you reach the Medicare Safety Net threshold during the year, the rebate increases to cover 80% of the consultation fee.

You’ll need to pay the full session cost upfront, and we can process your Medicare claim at the time of payment. Medicare will process your rebate within a few days, and the funds should appear in your account between 2-5 business days.

Please note, Medicare rules dictate that you can only claim a Medicare rebate OR a private health rebate for a given psychology session. You cannot claim both for the same session.

WorkCover or Motor Vehicle Accident

We welcome WorkCover or CTP insurance claims due to psychological injury, whether that’s from a workplace incident, bullying, burnout, or a motor vehicle accident.

We are registered with SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority). We offer trauma-informed support to help you feel like yourself again and meet your return-to-work and return-to-life goals.

All claims are required to be initially lodged via your treating GP. We do require a letter of approval for psychology treatment from your case manager, or the appropriate third party prior to commencement of any psychological treatment.

Veterans (DVA)

Out of Pocket: $0

50 minute session

You may qualify for fully funded mental health care through DVA if you have a valid referral from a GP. A referral will typically allocate 12 sessions, this is called a treatment cycle. At the end of this 12-session cycle, your psychologist will communicate with your GP, updating them on your progress.

If further support is needed, you can see your GP to arrange another referral for another treatment cycle for an additional 12 sessions.

NDIS

We welcome clients with NDIS plans that are self-managed.

Please ensure you have the appropriate funding for support in place prior to commencing treatment. We are happy to support you in determining this. Regardless of your funding arrangement, we are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
